Termic buffets (Bain Marie)

Equipment is use to maintain foods hot, after being prepared in the stove.

Constructed in stainless steel, it consists of extended burners or electrical resistance to provide the necessary heat to the tank that contains the water, that warms up the compartments as well. They are constructed with 4 up to 6 compartments to store prepared foods. Each compartment has a capacity of 4 liters
